Hi, my name is Dries Renglé. I’m a Belgian wedding photographer and photography educator. Photography hasn’t always been my passion, but storytelling has. During my animated film studies, I learned how to tell stories with images. Every week there was another storyboarding deadline. Every frame was highly criticised on balance,  readability, the feeling it conveyd, the necessity for the story and most of all the emotional impact. After my studies I continued to tell stories, but now trough photos. After more than 10 years as a professional photographer, I’m still loving it. Friends don’t get that I love shooting weddings. But I’m not there to shoot the wedding. The wedding is just the carrier of a multitude of little stories. I’m there to capture all these stories.
